Description Tray Sealer
For keeping meals warm for delivery, to put into cold storage or to warm them up on location, a tray sealer is an ideal appliance for professional caterers. With this premium top-sealing machine, you can package various products and meals in trays and bins. You can seal 6-8 trays a minute with this machine and also close several trays. It’s a very compact and semi-automatic top sealer that takes up little space in the catering kitchen. The moulds are of top quality and made from aluminium. At the back of the machine, there is a handy holder for the foil roll.
Easy to use
This tray sealer is equipped with an Omron digital control panel for ease of use. It has a sealing time of only a few seconds and the plastic is cut off automatically. The moulds used with this appliance are also easy to change and there is a wide range of moulds in various shapes available. This machine is supplied without moulds, but these can easily be ordered separately. You can choose from moulds that are suitable for one, two or three compartments. Moulds, film and trays can all be ordered separately.
Simple to clean
This tray-sealing machine is very easy to clean. Using a bit of warm water, a damp cloth and a mild detergent, wipe down all the individual parts and the casing. Before using the machine again, it’s important to dry everything with a soft cloth.
