Description Sushi and Tapas Display
This tabletop tapas display case is suitable for both presenting food, as well as for keeping a selection of items cooled. The curved glass window and elegant black housing give this display case a luxurious appearance. This makes it well suited for placement on a counter so that guests can easily see what is on offer. The tabletop display case is suitable for presenting tapas, but also for keeping sushi dishes and fish products cool. This professional tapas showcase can be used in combination with either 8 x 1/3 GN containers, or 5 x 1/2 GN containers. It comes supplied with 5 x 1/2 GN containers, ready to use.
Specialised cooling system
Thanks to the static cooling system, products stay nicely cooled in this 132L tabletop tapas display. To support this, it comes with a foamed-in evaporator and uses the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. The unique cooling cycle ensures that ice formation in the display is reduced. Using Dixell’s digital temperature control, temperatures can be precisely set between 0 and 12⁰C. LED lighting has been built into the interior of the display case to help showcase products under the best lighting. Last, but not least, an anti-condensation system has been built into this display case, which also stands on four adjustable feet so it can be placed on almost any surface.
Simple to get sparkling clean
The contents of a tabletop display case are constantly changing and, because it has a prominent position in your catering establishment, it’s important to keep it clean. Not only does it look better when the glass display is sparkling clear, but’s also hygienic to wash it regularly. Luckily, this is an effortless task to perform and requires very little effort. First, clean the inside with a warm, damp cloth and a bit of mild detergent. Try to use very little water on the inside to prevent condensation and ice from forming later in the display case. You can also clean the exterior and the glass window in the same way. The GN containers are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
