A reliable bain marie is the perfect device to heat up food evenly, without it burning or separating. It’s ideal to help you cook food slowly, as well as to keep it warmer for longer. A bain marie is a great way to help keep large amounts of food warm for big groups of people, which makes it very handy to have in places like canteens and for catered events.
Easy to use
The water basin can be filled manually with water. It is also easy to empty again after it has been used by using the drain tap. After turning it on, simply set the desired temperature. The temperature indicator light lets you know when the set temperature has been reached. Thanks to the fast and efficient heating, you never have to wait long. This stainless steel bain marie is suitable for four piecs of 2/3 GN containers (up to a height of 15cm). These are not included, but you can easily order them through our webshop. You can use 1/3 GN containers as well, but then you need to use adaptor bars.
Simple cleaning
A bain marie doesn’t usually get very dirty during normal use. To clean the appliance, turn it off and remove the GN containers. Be careful because hot water droplets can drip off the trays. The GN containers can be put in the dishwasher. Drain the water from the bain marie using the tap. The inside and outside are made from smooth stainless steel so it can simply be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Finally, dry all the parts and put the bain marie back together.
