This premium kitchen appliance also comes with stainless steel supports to hold the GN containers, although the containers and lids are not included. This professional pizza prep fridge has a cooling capacity of 400L to keep ingredients chilled for as long as possible. Behind the three stainless steel doors is an adjustable shelf so you can customise the layout exactly how you want to. It is also possible to order additional shelves and add them in where needed. You can even order special dough drawers to keep the pizza dough cooled until it is needed. This prep fridge works best at an ambient temperature of 32°C. It has a cooling system that includes a fan, a Zanussi compressor, and a foamed-in evaporator on three sides and uses the refrigerant R600a, which is CFC-free. The cooling cycle works to ensure that ice formation is kept to a minimum and. Using the digital thermostat, you can set the temperature between 0 and 10°C.
