The chocolate melter consists of 6 x 1/6 GN containers in which the chocolate can be slowly melted and is ideal for ice cream parlours, chocolate shops, patisseries and other catering establishments. As the temperature can be set accurately, you prevent the burning of the chocolate.

This 2/3 GN container is 10cm deep and has a capacity of 9L. With a size of 32,5 x 35,4cm, the stainless steel GN container is stackable and dishwasher proof. This GN container is ideal for use in all kinds of catering equipment, such as the oven or bain marie.

With this 1/2 Gastronorm lid made from stainless steel, you can cover a Gastronorm container of the same size. With a size of 32,5 x 26,5cm, the lid is easy to stack when placed on a GN container. In addition, all GN lids are dishwasher safe.

With this 150 litre stainless steel boiling pan, you know there's always enough capacity to cook, bake or poach various ingredients. With its indirect heating system, this electric boiling pan is ideal for preparing liquid dishes. It has been made entirely from stainless steel and is equipped with a handy drain valve.
