When serving cocktails, soft drinks or other alcoholic beverages, ice cubes are a vital part of the process. You can use them in a bar, on the terrace or in a restaurant to keep drinks cooled or to present other food items attractively. Thanks to this air-cooled ice machine, you can make up to 60kg of ice cubes every 24 hours. It also includes a storage space that allows you to keep up to 13kg of ice cubes for quick and easy access. The ice cubes that are produced are bullet-shaped and hollow inside. This model has been designed specifically for use under the bar or counter.
Convenient scoop
This ice maker is a well-insulated and hygienic machine and has been designed with ease of use in mind. Through the back, the machine is air-cooled, which means it’s good to use in rooms that aren’t too warm. You also receive a convenient scoop to remove ice from the machine in a hygienic way. To prevent the ice machine from overloading, it’s equipped with special overload protection. An efficient cooling system with R290 refrigerant is used to freeze the water. Included in delivery are various hoses and accessories needed to connect the machine to a drinking water connection. This means there’s no need for manual refilling. The ice machine is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. The front of the ice maker features a control panel with warning lights to indicate any malfunctions, a full storage tank and low water levels.
Easy cleaning
When producing ice, the ice maker needs to be in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains firmly in place on almost any surface. Thanks to the materials used to design this machine, cleaning is also easy. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth and a little bit of detergent. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
