Ice flakes can be used in many ways: you can use them as an alternative to a refrigerator or freezer, to keep food fresh during transportation or to present your products attractively. This professional crushed (flaked) ice machine can produce 30kg of ice every 24 hours. The machine itself can store 7kg of ice, which is ideal for use in food trucks, fish markets or other catering establishments that need crushed ice frequently. The machine also comes with a handy ice scoop so you can easily and hygienically remove the crushed ice from the machine.
Water-cooled, crushed ice machine
This model can conveniently be placed under the counter or bar. This way, you can easily access the ice flakes whenever needed. This ice machine is water-cooled and is highly suited to warmer areas such as the terrace, beach pavilion or other events. To prevent the ice machine from overloading, it’s equipped with special overload protection. Included in delivery are various hoses and accessories needed to connect the machine to a drinking water connection. This means there’s no need for manual refilling. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. An efficient cooling system with R290 refrigerant is used to cool the appliance. It also features a control panel with warning lights to indicate any malfunctions, a full storage tank and low water levels.
Easy to clean
When producing ice, the ice maker needs to be in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains firmly in place on almost any surface. Thanks to the materials used to design this machine, cleaning is also easy. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth and a little bit of detergent. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
