Using this professional heated food display, you can keep a variety of food at precisely the right temperature. The 50L display takes up very little space, thanks to its 55,4cm width. The square glass design is attractive and professionally presents products. At the back of the heated food display are two hinged doors, making it easy for staff to serve or replenish stock. The interior is fitted with two fixed shelves that are chrome-plated.
Easy to use
To keep food at the exact temperature you need, you can use the analogue dial to set the temperature anywhere within the range from 30 to 90ºC. The indicator light shows when the heated food display is at the desired temperature. To ensure that food is kept evenly warmed, this heated food display is also equipped with a powerful heating element for efficient heat distribution. There is also a reservoir for humidifying the air so that products don’t dry out quickly.
Quick cleaning
Any display case used by the food industry needs to be cleaned regularly, especially when it is placed prominently in your business. It’s best to use a damp cloth and a little bit of mild detergent to clean the inside of this heated food display. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Make sure you do not use too much water when cleaning to avoid condensation when you turn the appliance back on. The shelves are not removable, but can also be cleaned with some soapy water and a sponge.
