If you frequently make food items that need to be kept warm for extended periods, then you need this professional heated food display. This quality appliance has a 186L capacity and is 121,5cm wide. It comes fitted with three height-adjustable, chromium-plated shelves. The glass panes cover all the sides of the display making it easy to see inside. The LED lighting on the inside lets you showcase items to potential customers. This heated food display is also fitted with a card holder for advertising your products. Both the front and the back have sliding doors to allow for easy serving, as well as refilling.
Good heat distribution
The construction of this heated food display is made from epoxy stainless steel, which makes it very sturdy and robust. This also gives the display a long lifespan. Inside, a powerful heating element ensures efficient heat distribution throughout the entire case. There is also a humidification reservoir to keep products moist and ready to eat. The temperature in this heated food display can be adjusted between the range of 30 and 90ºC, using the analogue dial. The indicator lights on the appliance show when the right temperature has been reached. The temperature can be read from the front of the display.
Easy to clean
Stainless steel and glass are very easy-to-clean materials. As you display your products in your shop, the display case must stay clean. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to thoroughly clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. It is best not to use too much water to prevent condensation from forming later on. To clean the shelves, take them out of the heated food display and clean them with a wet soap and a bit of soap.
