If you frequently serve up food items that need to be kept warm, as well as look attractive, then this heated food display is the perfect appliance for you. It has a 160L capacity and is 85,6cm wide, making it the perfect fit in any catering kitchen, hotel, restaurant, cafe or bakery. There are two sliding doors at the back of the display, which allows for quick and easy access to either serve customers or refill the display. The front of the display case has a beautiful curved window and built-in LED lighting making it easy for potential customers to see the products inside.
Powerful heating system
This heated food display comes fitted with three chrome shelves that are adjustable in height. This way, you can create the perfect layout, according to your needs. The powerful heating element distributes the heat evenly inside the display. The temperature can be adjusted using the analogue dial to temperatures within the range of 30 to 90ºC. As soon as the heated food display has reached the right temperature, the indicator light will let you know. A reservoir is built into the display to humidify the air so that products stay fresh and moist for longer.
Easy to keep clean
A heated food display case must be cleaned regularly, especially when it is placed in an area frequented by customers. The construction of this appliance has been made from glass and stainless steel, which makes cleaning an easy job. You can easily wipe down the inside and outside with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Before you start cleaning, make sure you switch the appliance off first and remove the plug from the wall socket. The shelves are removable, which makes it even easier to wipe them down with a sponge and a bit of soapy water.
