Low-maintenance freezer
This spacious freezer ensures you can freeze and store a lot of stock. Not only is the freezer spacious, but it is also easy to use and maintain. This freezer is equipped with an auto-defrost system that prevents freezing. The auto-defrost system starts a defrost cycle every six hours, whereby the water is collected in the freezer and goes to the motor, where the water evaporates. This prevents ice from forming on the walls and grids. It also ensures that your frozen products don’t stick together or get stuck to the inner wall. This also means the freezer uses less power; it doesn’t have to work as hard to freeze.
Transportable freezer
This large freezer is easy to move thanks to its four wheels. The front wheels are equipped with a brake. This allows you to clean the freezer behind and underneath it easily. The freezer has two glass doors. The doors have antibacterial rubber and sturdy handles and are self-closing using a magnetic door seal. The doors can also be closed with a lock. The heated door rubbers prevent the doors from freezing. The inside of the freezer is illuminated with LED lights. This is energy-efficient and ensures you have a good view of your stock and products.
Adjustable shelves
In most freezers, the grids are in a fixed position. However, this freezer’s grids and the distance between them are adjustable. The freezer comes with six grills as standard; these are 2/1GN size. The grids ensure good cold air circulation and have a stain-resistant coating. The back of the grids has a raised edge, which prevents products from sticking to the back wall or falling behind the grid. You can adjust the grids’ height in increments of 5 cm inside the freezer. You can also expand the number of grids by ordering several more separately via our webshop.
Keeping the freezer clean
The auto-defrost system prevents ice build-up in the freezer. Nevertheless, it’s essential to thoroughly defrost and clean the freezer regularly. Unplug it and clean the outside with a damp, soft cloth. You can remove any ice residue with an ice scraper or place a container with hot water in the freezer. Once the ice has melted, clean the inside with a soft cloth, a bowl of soapy, hot water and mild detergent. Remove the grids from the freezer and clean the inside. Then clean the doors and door rubbers thoroughly. Dry everything thoroughly. This will prevent new ice from forming on the inside. Clean the grids and put them back in the freezer. Now you can switch the freezer on again.
