The freezer has two self-closing doors so that it is easy to take the right products out of the freezer. On the six height-adjustable shelves, you can fit plenty of 2/1 GN containers. This professional freezer is also equipped with a lock and two keys are supplied. On the inside, you will find built-in LED lighting so that all products are visible in the freezer.
Precise temperature control
The digital temperature controller on this freezer makes it very easy to set the right temperatures, within the range of -10 to -20°C. To get the most out of this professional appliance, you should place it in an area with an ambient temperature of up to 43°C. The freezer includes a fan-assisted cooling system which also features a special cooling cycle to help reduce ice build-up. The refrigerant used in this robust freezer is R290, which is CFC-free. Lastly, the freezer is mobile. It comes with four wheels, including two brakes, to make it easier to move when needed.
Easy to clean
Just like other catering appliances, a freezer needs to be cleaned regularly. This is not a problem, thanks to the stainless steel interior and exterior of this freezer. Before you begin to clean the freezer, it first has to be defrosted. After that, you can use a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down all the surfaces. After cleaning, it is important to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth.
