Description Espresso Machine
This high-quality espresso coffee machine is an asset to any catering establishment. Not only does it have a range of features, but it’s also a very reliable machine. It has a luxurious and elegant look thanks to the beautiful black-coated metal housing. It has a boiler of 18 litres and is capable of brewing up to 540 cups per hour. It’s also equipped with a single head with a direct pre-infusion chamber. There are four available espresso dose options: espresso, double espresso, two espressos and two double espressos. The drip filter is made from chrome and the spacious drip tray is made from stainless steel.
Easy to operate
This elegant espresso machine is easy to operate using the convenient touch buttons. There are rotative stainless steel pipes for water and steam. The coffee machine is equipped with a heavy-duty triple piston, a spout and a portafilter. Water is fed to the machine automatically and there is a direct water injection from the boiler to the coffee. In case of low water pressure, the pump automatically switches off. In addition, when the water level is low, a warning light comes on. The machine is also equipped with an overpressure valve, while the boiler has an anti-vacuum valve. This coffee machine stands on four rubber height-adjustable feet for added stability.
Auto-cleaning machine
The espresso machine features an automatic cleaning programme. To initiate cleaning put the blind filter which is supplied with the machine into a filter holder. Insert the filter holder into the group that you want to clean. Then press the keys 1 and 5 to start the cleaning. Press the switch button above the group to activate the cleaning and press that button again when it’s cleaned. Continue to do this until the water that comes out is clear and shows no signs of detergent. After cleaning the machine automatically returns to normal functioning mode.
