Kneading large amounts of dough by hand can be a tough job. With the help of this 8 litre dough mixer, you can easily turn 4,5kg of ingredients into a smooth dough. The maximum quantity of flour is 3kg and the maximum quantity of dough is 4,5kg. You can also knead smaller quantities of dough, as long as they are no less than 1,5kg. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all the ingredients are mixed well and ready for baking. The mixer is an asset to any professional kitchen in restaurants, bakeries and cafes. Thanks to the convenient timer, you can also leave the mixer do its work by itself.
Safe working
Due to the safety switch, you can also work rest assured that your safety is taken care of when using this dough mixer and know that the motor will not overheat. In addition, the mixer has a safety cage which closes off the mixing bowl. If the cage is not fully closed, the machine simply will not start. This is also true if the mixing bowl is overloaded with ingredients – the mixer switches off automatically.
Easy to clean
This professional dough mixer is made from metal with a durable coating. The bowl and the dough hook are stainless steel which is not only aesthetic, but also very easy to keep clean. A damp cloth and mild detergent are all that is required. The mixing bowl is not removable, but it is large enough to make it easy to clean. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
