This powerful dough mixer with a 50L mixing bowl is an essential addition to any professional kitchen. Kneading up to 32kg of dough is very easy with this machine. Because both the dough hook and the mixing bowl turn on their axis, the ingredients are thoroughly mixed to create a perfectly smooth dough ready for baking bread and pizzas. This dough mixer can handle up to 20kg of flour and the minimum amount of dough you can knead is 15kg.
Safe and speedy
Thanks to the powerful motor, you can knead large quantities of dough with ease. Choose your desired speed, slower or faster, via the simple control panel: slow kneading at 110RPM or fast kneading at 220RPM. To be able to work with this professional dough mixer as safely as possible, it has several safety options. The machine is equipped with a safety switch that prevents the motor from overheating. If this happens, the dough mixer will simply switch off automatically. The mixing bowl also has a lockable protection cage to prevent accidents during kneading. Lastly, the mixer is equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl is never overloaded.
Easy to keep clean
The housing of this dough mixer consists of metal with a durable coating. The mixing bowl and dough hook are made from stainless steel and are easy to clean. To clean the mixer, use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe everything down. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
