This dough mixer is a robust machine that is essential for any professional kitchen. Thanks to the powerful motor, kneading dough has never been easier. In the large mixing bowl, this mixer quickly combines different ingredients to make bread dough or pizza dough. It can process 12kg of flour and 19kg of dough. The minimum quantity that can be processed with this dough mixer is 10kg.
Working safely with the dough mixer
This dough mixer is very user-friendly. You can choose between two speeds using the buttons on the panel: slow kneading or fast kneading. Safety is also essential when working in any catering kitchen. That’s why the mixer has a built-in safety switch that prevents the motor from overheating. This switches the appliance off as soon as it overheats. To prevent objects or hands from getting into the mixing bowl while it’s in use, the mixer is fitted with a protective cage. Until this protection grate is completely closed, the dough mixer will not start. The mixer comes with a dough hook that, just like the mixing bowl, turns around its axis while kneading. This powerful dough mixer is also equipped with overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overloaded.
Easy and quick to clean
If you work a lot with dough, you’ll want to clean this mixer almost daily. Thanks to the metal housing with a durable coating and stainless steel accessories, cleaning is an easy task. The durable coating also ensures that the mixer will remain beautiful and scratch-free for a long time. Clean the dough mixer with a damp cloth, water and a mild detergent. The mixer also stands on four rubber feet for extra stability during use.
