The display on this mixer is very user-friendly. The control panel displays the fast and slow timers and buttons for setting the right speed. You can choose between two speeds for kneading, either 126 or 252 RPM. The powerful motor can easily mix large amounts of dough at these speeds. The machine is also very safe to work with. The mixer has a safety switch to prevent the motor from overheating. It’s also equipped with overload protection so that you can never put too many ingredients into the mixing bowl. Accidents during use are also prevented, thanks to the protection cage that covers the mixing bowl. This stops objects or hands from getting caught in the dough hook. Cleaning this mixer is an easy job thanks to the materials used.
