It boasts beautifully curved windows all around and three glass shelves that are adjustable in height. In combination with energy-efficient LED lighting on the inside, cakes, pastries and other baked goods are literally in the spotlight. The back of the round cooler has a convenient swing door to serve customers quickly and easily replenish products.
Even cooling throughout
To ensure that all products in the round display fridge remain evenly chilled, it has a built-in cooling system with a fan. You can also easily select the temperature to cool your products, thanks to the digital temperature controller. With the buttons on the display at the back, you can set the temperature yourself to between 0° and 12°C. Ice formation is also reduced, thanks to the unique built-in cooling cycle. The display fridge is equipped with an automatic defrost function. which means that any ice that forms is converted into cold air every six hours. The refrigerant used for this luxury pastry case is R600a and is free from CFC.
Easy and hygienic cleaning
