Clever cooling system
Thanks to the specialised refrigeration cycle on this counter fridge, ice formation is reduced. It also has a foamed-in evaporator on three sides. You can set the temperature of this counter fridge using the digital temperature controller to anywhere in a range between -2 and 10ºC. This professional appliance can be used at an ambient temperature of up to 32ºC. In addition, this counter fridge has a Zanussi compressor and uses the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. This appliance stands firmly on four rubber feet so that it can be placed on almost any surface. This counter fridge is delivered without drawers, although these can be ordered separately.
Easy to clean
The interior and exterior of this luxury counter fridge are made from smooth stainless steel, which makes it very easy to keep clean. For hygiene reasons, the counter fridge should be cleaned thoroughly and regularly. You can do this using a damp cloth, a little warm water and a mild detergent. This appliance should be fully defrosted and cleaned two to three times a year to ensure optimal working.
