Description Counter Fridge
This counter fridge offers the best of both worlds in a single appliance. With this appliance, you don’t only get a refrigerator to keep your ingredients cool but also have the benefit of a fully stainless steel countertop. With a capacity of 187 litres, this appliance offers plenty of space for storing fresh products right where you need it. Behind each of the two robust stainless steel doors is a grid that can be adjusted in height.
Convenient cooling system
This counter fridge has a powerful ventilated cooling system, which ensures an evenly cooled counter fridge. On the right is the compressor room which can be safely locked. This counter fridge also has an auto-defrost function. This means that the fridge will automatically be defrosted every six hours. The water released during this process, will be evaporated via the engine. This auto-defrost fuction prevents icing on the inside of the counter fridge.
Digital controller
On the outside of the compressor room door you find the digital controller. You can clearly see what temperature the counter fridge has. With the arrow keys you can set the desired temperature. This counter fridge has a temperature range between -2 and 10ºC. Thanks to the solid protective insulation of 6cm, products in this counter fridge can stay fresh and cool for a long time.
Suitable for GN bins
The grids have a dimension of 1/1 GN, so it is also possible to slide GN bins into the guides. You can also extend the number of grids by order more grids together with the guides. The guides can be added on the inside of the counter fridge in steps of approximately 5 cm. The grids ensure that cooled air will be evenly divided inside the fridge and make sure that food stays evenly cooled. The doors are self-closing by using a magnetic door seal.
Extend with drawers
This counter fridge is a modular model. Each stainless steel door can be replaced by two drawers so you can easily store loose products that are not suitable to store on a grid. For instance vegetables like tomato’s, broken packages or canned goods. You can choose for one door and two drawers or no doors and four drawers. The drawers make sure that food won’t fall down or gets sticked on the walls inside. You can figure out yourself which design fits your kitchen the best.
Maintain you counter fridge
Both the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning an easy job. This also helps to keep the countertop a hygienic workspace. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate. Unplug the counter fridge and clean the worktop by using a damp cloth with a little warm water and a mild detergent. Remove all food, drawers, grids or GN bins. Clean the walls and looose parts of the counter fridge with a damp cloth, a soapy hot water solution and mild detergent. Wipe everything dry with a soft cloth and put back all the accessories. Now the counter fridge is ready for use.
