Made from gecoat steel, this bread slicer is a durable machine and is designed for cutting various types of bread. Our bread slicers are available with different bread thicknesses. This machine has serrated stainless steel blades spaced 13mm apart.
Simple operation
This bread slicer is simple to use. First, turn on the machine using the On button. To adjust the thickness size of the feed, first place the bread in the machine. Then, pull the lever towards you to push the bread into the machine. At the top of the machine, there is a press plate. This press plate automatically adjusts its height to match the height of the bread. The bread will be sliced into evenly thick pieces and will come out through the other side of the machine. The blades will stop when the lever is pushed all the way forward. At the exit, there are flexible flaps that ensure the loose slices stay together. At the bottom of the machine is a crumb tray, which can be easily removed and emptied. To pack the sliced bread, you can use the metal packing carriage and provide it with a plastic or paper bread bag. This bread slicer is not only suitable for regular bread but can also slice hard bread like baguettes.
Cleaning the machine
To ensure optimal performance, it’s important to regularly clean this bread slicer. Start by turning off the machine completely. Use a soft dust brush to remove any crumbs. Then, clean the machine with a mild detergent that is safe for food. Make sure to dry the machine thoroughly to prevent any moisture from affecting the bread during cutting. Avoid using abrasive sponges or sharp objects while cleaning, as they can cause damage to the machine.
