This powerful refrigerator is ideally suited for use in bakeries. With a gross capacity of 800L, you can keep plenty of products cool. The door is self-closing and has an antibacterial rubber seal. You can place up to 10 height adjustable shelves in this fridge. It comes standard with 10 sets of guides that hold 60 x 40cm shelves. There is also space to double the volume to 60 x 80cm. You can order the shelves separately in the webshop. This fridge is lockable and comes with two keys. If you need to move it to another part of the bakery, that is possible, thanks to the four wheels, two of which have brakes. It is also easy to see what is inside the fridge because it has economical LED lighting inside.
Precise temperatures
The exact temperature you need for this fridge can be set using the digital temperature controller. There is a range you can choose from between -2 and 8°C. This professional bakery refrigerator is equipped with a ventilated cooling system with an evaporator. Thanks to the cooling cycle, ice formation in the refrigerator is significantly reduced. The refrigerant used is R290, which is free from CFC. The maximum ambient temperature is 43°C.
Quick to clean
Cleaning this fridge is almost effortless because of the stainless steel interior and exterior. It also has rounded corners inside so that dirt can’t accumulate. To clean the fridge, first turn the appliance off and remove the plug from the wall socket. Using a damp cloth and a bit of mild detergent, you can thoroughly clean all the walls, both inside and out. You can also wipe down the shelves like this. It’s important to remember to clean the door’s rubber seal during every cleaning so that the fridge remains in the best working condition. Dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth before using the fridge again.
