Description Bakery Freezer
This powerful freezer with a gross freezing capacity of 800L is an asset in any bakery. On the inside, you will find room for placing 10 height-adjustable shelves of 60 x 40cm. It comes standard with 10 sets of guides that hold 60 x 40cm shelves. There is also space to double the volume to 60 x 80cm. The shelves are not included but can be ordered separately in the webshop. This professional freezer has a self-closing door with an antibacterial rubber seal. It also includes a lock and comes with two keys. To see what products have been placed in the freezer, LED lighting has been added to the interior.
User-friendly control
Setting the temperature in the freezer is an easy task, thanks to the digital temperature controller. You can set the temperature anywhere within the range of -10 to -20°C. In addition, the freezer is equipped with a special cooling cycle that works to reduce ice formation. The ventilated cooling system comes equipped with an evaporator and the refrigerant used in this freezer is R290, which is free from CFC. The maximum ambient temperature at which this freezer will continue to operate optimally is 43°C. Last but not least, the freezer comes on four wheels (two with brakes) to make it easy to move the appliance when needed.
Quick to clean
Both the inside and the outside of this professional freezer have been made from stainless steel, making it very easy to clean. Before you start, the freezer must first be defrosted. Pull the plug out of the wall socket and remove all the items. To speed up the defrosting process, you can remove the ice using a plastic ice scraper. Wipe down the inside and outside with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Then dry everything with a soft cloth before turning the freezer back on.
