Working in any catering establishment often requires large quantities of ice. With this robust ice maker, it’s easy to serve lots of orders quickly, thanks to its capacity of 80kg of ice every 24 hours. This ice machine is also equipped with a storage space for up to 25kg of ice cubes for quick and easy access. With these bullet-shaped, hollow ice cubes, you can keep cocktails, soft drinks and other drinks refreshingly cool. The larger model can conveniently be placed under a counter or bar for easy access.
Plenty of features
This ice machine is air-cooled, making it suitable for indoor use as well as in rooms that aren’t too warm. Thanks to the good insulation and hygiene, this appliance produces uniform, high-quality ice cubes. To ensure good work safety, it’s equipped with overload protection. The hoses supplied can be used to connect the machine to a drinking water supply. The water reservoir then fills up automatically so the ice maker can continuously produce new ice cubes without requiring any manual labour. It also includes an ice scoop that allows you to remove the ice cubes hygienically. The ice machine is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. An efficient cooling system with R290 refrigerant is used to cool the appliance. It also features a control panel with warning lights to indicate any malfunctions, a full storage tank and low water levels.
Adjustable legs
When producing ice, the ice maker needs to be in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains firmly in place on almost any surface. Thanks to the materials used to design this machine, cleaning is also easy. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth and a little bit of detergent. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
