This professional crushed ice machine also has a capacity of 30kg of ice per 24 hours. The machine itself can store 7kg of ice. It is ideal for your food truck, catering business or fish stall. This machine also comes with a handy ice scoop so that you can easily scoop out however much flaked ice you need.
Air-cooled, crushed ice machine
The model is the ideal undercounter machine, which means that it can be placed directly underneath the counter or bar. In this way, you have ice flakes on hand, ready for immediate use. This machine is air-cooled at the back so it’s best for indoor use. To prevent the ice machine from overloading, it’s has overload protection. You can also connect the ice machine to a drinking water connection using the hoses provided. The automatic water supply ensures that the machine is always ready to make ice continuously. The ice machine is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. Thanks to the efficient cooling system, you get high quality ice flakes. The refrigerant that’s used is R290. On the control panel there are several warning lights that indicate exactly when there is a malfunction, if the storage bin is full, or when the water level is too low.
Effortless cleaning
When producing ice, the ice maker need to be firmly in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains precisely in place on almost any surface. Cleaning the ice machine is also easy, thanks to the materials used to make it. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth with a little bit of detergent on it. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
