Customers like to enjoy warm meals without having to wait long for their orders. This 96L heated food display has a width of 67,5cm making it ideal for keeping baked goods, appetisers, grilled dishes and other snacks warm and ready to serve. The front is fitted with glass sliding doors for easy self-serve access, and inside there is built-in LED lighting so that customers can easily see what products are available. At the back of the display are sliding doors to make it easy to refill. There is also a cardholder that can be used to advertise the products in the display case. As well as keeping food warm, this premium appliance lets you attractively showcase your menu items.
Precise temperature control
On top of the display case is space for storing kitchen utensils. Thanks to the powerful element, heat is distributed evenly throughout the entire display. This heated food display comes with three adjustable chrome-plated shelves so you can customise your layout. The temperature can easily be adjusted using the analogue dial to temperatures within a range from 30 to 90ºC. The built-in humidity reservoir ensures that products are kept moist and tasty while inside the display case. The temperature can be read on the front of the display case. This heated food display stands firmly on fixed legs and can easily be placed on a table or countertop.
Easy to clean
When working with food, hygiene is always very important. A heated food display that is within the customer’s eyesight must always be spotless. Before you start cleaning this professional appliance, turn off the heated food display and remove the plug from the wall socket. Then, using a damp cloth with a bit of mild detergent, wipe the inside clean. The shelves can be taken out of the display and wiped down using a sponge and a bit of soap. Be sure to dry everything after before turning it back on.
