The mixing bowl has a capacity of 10L and is suitable for making bread dough and pizza dough. The maximum amount of flour is 4kg and the maximum amount of dough is 6kg. You can also make 2kg of dough as a minimum quantity. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate separately so that all the ingredients are mixed perfectly.
