In professional kitchens, a quick and efficient dishwasher is indispensable for handling daily dish cleaning. Our dishwasher offers three complete wash programs of 55, 105 and 195 seconds, along with a pause function and a clear digital display. After the cleaning process, dishes are rinsed with hot water for quick drying, ensuring readiness for the next use. This dishwasher operates at less than 70dB, making it very quiet.
Economical and easy to use
This dishwasher is highly economical, consuming only 2,8L of water per cycle. It offers safety features, such as thermal protection and IPX5 protection for the control panel. It’s also easy to operate the machine with a single button for water filling and heating in the boiler tank. The digital pressure switch for the washing tank allows easy adjustment of the water level, while the NTC sensor controls the thermostat. The dishes are washed at 55-60°C and rinsed at 80-85°C, resulting in faster drying. You can choose to preheat the water or start with cold washing. Four indicator lights show the status of filling, heating, washing and programme durations. The dishwasher makes a sound once the cycle is finished. It comes with a 50 x 50cm glass basket, a 50 x 50cm plate basket, a cutlery basket and a supply and drain hose for connecting to the water supply. The dishwasher includes a rinse pump, but not soap and drain pumps. Four adjustable feet allow for easy height customisation.
Quick to clean
This powerful dishwasher is easy to clean since it’s made entirely from stainless steel. The smooth stainless steel can be easily wiped down with a warm cloth and a bit of detergent. The wash arms, made from a special ABS, are also easy to clean. It’s important to note that only liquid rinse aid is suitable for use in this dishwasher.
