Description Countertop Prep Fridge
The countertop prep fridge is ideal for daily intensive use in any professional kitchen. Eight 1/3 GN containers can be placed in it to help keep ingredients at the right temperature and ready to use at a moment’s notice. The countertop prep fridge is well suited to tasks like quickly filling preparing sandwiches, adding toppings to pizza or making salads. The GN containers and lids are not included but can be ordered separately through our website.
Easy-to-use temperature controller

Thanks to the digital temperature controller in this prep fridge, you can easily set your desired temperature between the range of 0 and 10°C, so that ingredients are cooled to exactly the right temperature. This professional countertop prep fridge is safe to use in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. In addition, it is statically cooled. The pipes in the walls of the cooling unit use the refrigerant R600a, which is free from CFC. To prevent ice from forming, this prep fridge comes with a specialised cooling cycle and a built-in constant evaporator.
