Description Saladette
A professional saladette is handy in any catering kitchen, especially if you frequently need to make things like salads and sandwiches. This 90cm long saladette has two stainless steel cupboard doors underneath and a plastic cutting board on top, which is useful for cutting bread rolls or for chopping vegetables. Behind each cupboard door, you will find a single shelf that is adjustable in height so you can customise it to your needs. This professional kitchen appliance has a capacity of 257L and is suitable for use with Gastronorm containers, although these are not supplied with the saladette. You can purchase them through the webshop.
Specialised cooling system
The temperature in this saladette can be set between 0 and 10ºC using the convenient digital temperature controller. The cooling system in this appliance ensures that air is blown around inside the cooler, ensuring that all products remain equally cooled, no matter their position in the fridge. In addition, there are foamed-in evaporators on three sides and the refrigerant used is R600a, which is free from CFC. This saladette is equipped with a unique cooling cycle to reduce the formation of ice inside the fridge. The maximum ambient temperature of this saladette is 32°C
Effortless cleaning
Cleaning this premium kitchen appliance is very easy, thanks to the durable and scratch-resistant materials it has been made from. The use of smooth stainless steel prevents the accumulation of dirt in any hidden corners and it’s very easy to wipe down. Because this saladette is used daily with food regularly changing inside, it’s important to clean it thoroughly. Turn the saladette off before cleaning. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down the inside. Be careful not to use too much water when cleaning to avoid condensation and ice formation. It’s also important to make sure you dry everything thoroughly before turning the saladette back on. Lastly, don’t forget to clean the door seals and rinse the shelves in soapy water to keep them clean.
