The fan ensures that cold air is evenly distributed throughout the inside of the display case so you can rest assured that all your food items remain equally cooled. You can easily set the temperature using the digital control panel anywhere within the temperature range from 2 to 8°C. The refrigerant used for this luxury display fridge is R290, which is free from CFC. This professional display case is also very easy to move, thanks to the four wheels underneath.
Effortless cleaning
For any piece of kitchen equipment, cleanliness and hygiene are very important. This is even more true in the catering business where appliances are used, and therefore need to be cleaned, daily. With this display fridge, cleaning is effortless. The stainless steel exterior of the display fridge can simply be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth. For the inside of the fridge, as well as the glass shelves, use a bit of warm water with a mild detergent to clean it thoroughly.
