Automatic defrosting
Keeping products cooled is essential in the hospitality industry. To keep food and drinks cool to your desired temperature, you can set it precisely using the digital temperature controller. The temperature can be set anywhere in the range from 0 to 12°C. This mini display fridge has a specialised cooling cycle that works to reduce the formation of ice. In addition, it includes an automatic defrosting function that melts any ice every six hours and converts it back to cooling inside the display fridge. The refrigerant used for this display case is R600a, which is free from CFC.
Easy cleaning
As with any catering appliance, a display fridge must be cleaned regularly. Thanks to the smooth plastic housing and coated shelves in this appliance, it’s an easy fridge to keep clean. The interior and exterior can be cleaned by using a soft, damp cloth with a little detergent. The shelves can be wiped down with a soft cloth and soapy water. This display fridge can also be expanded with extra shelves and is also available in white.
