This professional counter freezer has two robust stainless steel doors with a height-adjustable shelf behind each door, offering plenty of useful storage space. You can set the temperature precisely within the range from -10 to -20ºC, using a Dixell digital temperature controller. The counter freezer also features an automatic defrosting process for your convenience. There is also a foamed-in evaporator on three sides and the refrigerant used for this freezer is R290, which is free from CFC. The maximum ambient temperature for this professional freezer is 32ºC. The compact protective insulation in the freezer is 6cm.
Easy to clean
Both the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel, which makes cleaning an easy job. This also helps to keep the countertop a hygienic workspace. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate. Clean this freezer and worktop by using a damp cloth with a little warm water and a mild detergent. Before you use it again, make sure you wipe everything dry with a soft cloth.
